The Builders And The Butchers

Once again, another great band out of Portland. I saw these guys a few months ago on tour with RX Bandits and got a chance to talk to them for a good bit after the show. They're really modest guys and, you can tell, they really really like getting the crowd going, and they did a great job in doing so. Washboards, baby rattles, pots, pans, and a plethora of other rampant noise makers were unleashed into the crowd and before you knew it the whole club was dancing and singing along as if we'd all known each other for ages. If you get a chance to see these guys live I wouldn't miss it. They happen to be on tour now and you can check out the dates here.
